Welcome to a new issue of the Patterson Journal! We have a great selection of articles for you, including: Abigail Bedard’s essay on the state of the Gazan ceasefire and prisoner exchange, Sam Dantzler’s coverage of renewed North Korean activity in the Russo-Ukrainian War, the outbreak of Ebola and Marburg virus in Sub-saharan Africa, and the Trump administration’s stated positions on conditions for ending the eastern European conflict.

Furthermore, this upcoming Friday and Saturday, the Patterson School will conduct its Spring Crisis Simulation, wargaming hypothetical peace talks for this war, featuring Russian, Ukrainian, American, Turkish, Chinese, and European (EU) delegations. An After-Action Review will be featured next week in place of the normal selection of articles, as students will be dedicating their spare time to preparefor the simulation.
